Saxony loin
Sweet and sour paprika

METHOD
- Boil some potatoes and then peel and slice them.
- Arrange them on a plate, making a bed of potatoes.
- Slice the Saxony loin as finely as possible and arrange the slices on top of the bed of potatoes.
- Sprinkle some salt and paprika to taste along with a splash of olive oil.
